Weekly round-up from your local Neighbourhood Team |

Hello All,
✅ Good News from Your Local Policing Team ✅
This week on St Matthew's
This week Officers from St matts neighbourhood team have been rather busy. At the Walsall Arboretum officers have siezed two bikes that were being driven round a high pedestrian area, causing Anti-Social Behaviour. One bike was a dirt bike and the other was an E-bike. A knife has also been handed into officers at the St Paul's Bus station after it was found. The officer siezed the knife and has now been taken of the streets, one less knife at a time.
During the week we have also had plain clothes operations which has resulted in many positive Stop and Searches for things such as drugs. Officers from the local neighbourhood team have also issued an aggresive begger with a community protection warning (CPW) which strict restrictions, meaning further violations can result with further intervention. Alongside this we have also been remaining pro-active in the Walsall Town Centre, engaging with the community and members of public with things such as community meetings at different housing schemes.
📅 Upcoming Police & Community Engagements 📅
As per usual we aim to remain active in our communities and will carry on doing so. More things such as community events/meetings and speedwatches and streetwatches are going to remain persistent where possible. 🚨 Crime & Safety Updates — What You Need to Know 🚨 There has been a rise in illegal E-bikes and dirt bikes being driven on public roads and places with no lisence plates and/or tax and insurance. If you see this be sure to keep a safe distance and report it to us. The people riding these sort of bikes tend to wear face coverings also.
✅ Crime Prevention Tips: 💬 Please report anything to us that doesn't seem right and because of the rise of e-bikes and dirt bikes being used illegaly, please ensure if you own one to keep it locked away when not in use as some being used may be stolen. 📞 How to Contact Us or Report Information 📞 💬 Stay Connected with Your Local Team: 🤝🏼 Thank you for working with us to keep Walsall safe and informed.
